Information we collect

Only the details and documents required for the service you choose, such as name, mobile number, date of birth, address proof and ID copies. Form details are sent directly from your WhatsApp to ours; nothing is stored on this website's server.

How we use it

Solely to file your application on the official portal and to communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data for marketing. For LLP or company work, data is shared only with the CA / CS handling your filing, with your consent.

OTPs and passwords

OTPs are used only on a live call, for a single application. We never store passwords.

Retention

Documents are deleted 30 days after the work is completed. You can request earlier deletion by sending "DELETE MY DATA" on WhatsApp.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct or erase your data and withdraw consent at any time. Contact: kritzsdigitalsolution@gmail.com.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
