Our service

Kritz's Digital Solution is a private document assistance service. We help you file applications on official portals. We are not affiliated with, or authorised agents of, any government body. MCA and trademark matters are coordinated with registered professionals.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate documents that belong to you. If incorrect or third-party documents are provided, we will stop work and the fee will not be refunded. You provide OTPs yourself, and applications are submitted in your name with your consent.

Approvals

Approval or rejection rests with the relevant department, embassy, bank, RBI or MCA. Timelines shown are estimates, not guarantees.

Fees

Each service page lists the government fee and our service fee separately. Package prices are starting fees; a written quote is provided before work begins.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
