Document checklist
Send clear photos or PDFs on WhatsApp. Cropped, blurred or screen-captured images are not accepted.
Process
- Submit the form and share a clear photo of the address proof on WhatsApp
- We check, free of charge, that the proof meets UIDAI rules (the most important step)
- Payment
- You enter your Aadhaar OTP on a call
- Update Request Number (URN) immediately; updated e-Aadhaar once approved

Avoid rejection
- The name on the proof must match Aadhaar, or the request is rejected
- Utility bills must not be older than 3 months
- The full address on the proof must be clearly readable
- Notarised (unregistered) rent agreements are not accepted
When we cannot take your requestWe do not accept requests where the proof is in someone else's name (without the HOF route) or the mobile is not linked. Name, date of birth, photo and mobile changes cannot be done online.
