Send clear photos or PDFs on WhatsApp. Cropped, blurred or screen-captured images are not accepted.
Process
- Submit the form and share documents on WhatsApp
- Free verification (we confirm the correct form for your case)
- Payment (international cards accepted via Razorpay)
- You enter your Aadhaar OTP on a video call scheduled in your time zone
- Acknowledgement immediately; e-PAN by email; card posted to your overseas address

Avoid rejection
- Your name must match on passport and Aadhaar
- If you already hold a PAN, update the address instead of applying again
When we cannot take your requestWithout Aadhaar or an active Indian mobile number, physical documents must be couriered, which we do not handle. We also do not process PAN for foreign citizens (OCI / foreign passport).
